John and crew at J & M’s Butcher Shop prides themselves on offering the best fresh meat, seafood and gourmet items in the area. At our shop we make all of the sausage, polish, brats, italian, chicken, cajun, chorizo, hot and mild sausage. J & M’s only purchase Government inspected meats and cuts the product to sell to retail meat customers, along with a few local restaurants. All the meats are free of preseratives, salt solutions, added artificial flavors and fillers. This full service meat market is open six days a week, M-S 9 am-7 pm.
